Teppanyaki Kyoto

This is why I love Pittsburgh. I googled 'Okonomiyaki Pittsburgh' and found this place. I love that there's a 100% authentic Japanese restaurant easily accessible. The employees were very friendly and the food was awesome. I got yakisoba with pork and it was the best yakisoba I've ever had. This isn't a mall food court style Japanese restaurant, this is an authentic, good Japanese restaurant where you'll get as close to the real thing as you can get. They have four pages of Japanese alcohol on there menu with tons of sake to choose from, beers and whiskeys. Definitely recommend if you want authentic Japanese food.

Wow! Went there tonight, service was fast, friendly and perfect! The atmosphere was very relaxing and contemporary. These were all exceptional and I can't decide what was better, the service or the food! We got the Curry Yakisoba, the sushi special they were running and the fried dumplings. Everything was sincerely incredible. Best Japanese restaurant by far. This place is so authentic. We will definitely be back!

I stopped by for dinner with my family and was really impressed by the experiance. We ordered one meal and several small plates/apps. Not one thing tasted bad. The food tasted great, the service was friendly, the place was clean, the pricing was appropriate, and we didn't need to wait for the food to come. The only potential down side is that there isn't much seating, but were able to get a seat right away.
